UK's medical sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, veterinary, etc) programs are all pretty decent; just don't live in Gregg Page graduate housing, whatever you do. But yeah, there's a very good reason that I refused to take any chemistry or more advanced bio classes--they're all geared toward making sure that the weakest of the herd of pre-med, pre-pharm, pre-nursing, pre-vet, etc. kids are culled. UK's undergrad chemistry and biology programs are geared toward making them appealing to the grad schools, and our med school is pretty cool. :) *proud of her little university*
